My name is Sandra Martinez. I’m a web designer who also creates digital art at times, a writer of fiction and non fiction books, a mom, a daughter, a free spirit. I also research the concept of self sufficiency in small spaces, and dream about edible landscaping in streets, parks, and the sides of roads and train rails. Data Collection
When a user signs up to the mailing list, he/she provides name and an email address. No other information is being provided. The site does not buy user data from any 3rd parties and all the information it collects is collected via registering in the site. The hosting system collects ip addresses, general location and time spent in the website. We do not carry tracking scripts from third parties, nor will have it in the future.

How the data is being used
The site will never send out unsolicited emails to its users nor share the information with third parties.

Is the information stored with Elearah secured?
We do not store information in the website. The information is being stored by MailChimp, our mailing provider, and RedBubble, the product provider. Read their own terms of service to know how the data is treated. We do hold in private the email addresses of those contacting us, and that information is never shared or sold. It’s solely for communication.

How the site communicates with its users
All communication with the users is being done via email. All communication such as support inuqiries are dealt with through the group or via the email contact@elearah.com.
